Refunds and Returns

Thanks so much for giving our kits a try. If you are not entirely happy or satisfied with your purchase, we are always here to help. If you would like to cancel your order you may do so as long as the order is still processing. Because of the nature of our product, we can not accept returns once the order has shipped. 

 

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or chosen method of payment. The credit will post back to your account in most cases within 7 days depending on your card issuer.
